- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, onions, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
