- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the diced potatoes with melted butter, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the potato mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add cooked bacon or green onions for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
