Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the bites until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs.
- Serve with marinara or ranch dip.
- Refrigerate any leftovers and reheat in the oven.
