Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the bites until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
