Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the butter and herb mixture over the potatoes.
  5. Pour the heavy cream evenly over the potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
