- 4 large potatoes, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
- Layer half the potato slices in a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle half the garlic butter mixture over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle half the cheeses on top.
- Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, butter mixture, and cheeses.
- Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use a mandoline for even potato slices.
- Add cooked bacon or herbs for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
