Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
  3. Layer half the potato slices in a greased baking dish.
  4. Drizzle half the garlic butter mixture over the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle half the cheeses on top.
  6. Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, butter mixture, and cheeses.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
