A delicious pull-apart loaf filled with melted cheese and garlic butter.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the bread into 1-inch slices without cutting all the way through.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic.
- Brush garlic butter between each bread slice.
- Stuff mozzarella and Parmesan cheese between slices.
- Wrap loaf in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Add extra cheese if desired.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
