Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the bread into 1-inch slices without cutting all the way through.
  3. Mix melted butter and minced garlic.
  4. Brush garlic butter between each bread slice.
  5. Stuff mozzarella and Parmesan cheese between slices.
  6. Wrap loaf in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
