- 2 pounds of baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add the halved baby potatoes to the bowl and stir until they are well coated with the creamy mixture.
- Transfer the potato mixture to the crockpot and spread it out evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover again and let the cheese melt for about 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
