  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add the halved baby potatoes to the bowl and stir until they are well coated with the creamy mixture.
  3. Transfer the potato mixture to the crockpot and spread it out evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Once the potatoes are cooked, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Cover again and let the cheese melt for about 10-15 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
