- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 package puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into small squares.
- Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each square.
- Fold corners to the center and press lightly to seal.
- Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute cheddar with mozzarella for a milder taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Reheat in the oven for best texture.
