- 1 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
- 2 cups cauliflower florets, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cooked sausage, broccoli, and cauliflower.
- Add cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
