A hearty pasta dish combining beef, Italian sausage, and rigatoni in a rich garlic butter sauce topped with melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb rigatoni pasta
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef and Italian sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the pasta. Cover until cheese melts.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.

- Use fresh garlic for best flavor
- Adjust cheese amounts to your preference
- Can substitute half-and-half for heavy cream if needed
