Delicious strawberries filled with creamy cheesecake.
Ingredients

- 1 pound of fresh strawberries
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries.
- Cut off the tops and hollow out the inside of each strawberry.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

- Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
- Keep the filled strawberries refrigerated until serving.
