- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups diced potatoes

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add the potatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese, heavy cream, ketchup, and mustard. Cook until the cheese melts.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.
