  • 2 tbsp kirsch (cherry brandy)
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Fresh bread, cubed for dipping

Instructions

  1. Rub the inside of a fondue pot with garlic.
  2. In a pot, heat the wine and lemon juice over medium heat.
  3. Add the grated cheeses gradually, stirring constantly until melted.
  4. Dissolve cornstarch in kirsch and add to the cheese mixture.
  5. Stir until smooth and season with black pepper.
  6. Serve immediately with bread cubes for dipping.
