Instructions

  2. Pour in the wine and heat over medium heat until warm.

  4. Mix cornstarch with lemon juice and add to the pot.
  5. Add kirsch and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Keep stirring until the cheese is melted and smooth.
  7. Serve with bread cubes for dipping.
