Description
A delicious cheese fondue recipe with a variety of dippers.
Ingredients

- 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- 1 cup grated Emmental cheese
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon kirsch (cherry brandy)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rub the inside of a fondue pot with garlic.
- In a pot, combine wine and lemon juice; heat until simmering.
- Gradually add cheeses, stirring until melted.
- Mix cornstarch with kirsch and add to the pot.
- Stir until smooth and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with dippers.
