Cheese fondue with dippers
Ingredients

- 8 oz Gruyere cheese, shredded
- 8 oz Emmental cheese, shredded
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 loaf French bread, cubed
- 1 cup assorted vegetables (broccoli, carrot, bell pepper), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup cooked sausage, sliced
Instructions
- Rub the inside of a fondue pot with garlic.
- In a bowl, mix cheeses with cornstarch.
- Heat the wine in the pot until simmering.
- Add the cheese mixture gradually, stirring until melted.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Serve with bread, vegetables, and sausage for dipping.

- Use a dry white wine for the best flavor.
- Adjust cheese ratios for taste preference.
- Keep the fondue warm while serving.
