Description
A delightful cheese fondue board featuring a variety of cheeses and dippables.
Ingredients

- 8 oz Gruyere cheese, shredded
- 8 oz Emmental cheese, shredded
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 loaf of French bread, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup assorted vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, etc.)
- 1 cup assorted fruits (apples, grapes, etc.)
Instructions
- In a pot, combine wine and garlic. Heat over medium until simmering.
- Add Gruyere and Emmental cheeses gradually, stirring until melted.
- Mix cornstarch with lemon juice and add to the pot for thickening.
- Transfer cheese mixture to a fondue pot.
- Arrange bread, vegetables, and fruits around the fondue pot.
- Use skewers to dip items into the melted cheese.
