Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine wine and garlic. Heat over medium until simmering.
  2. Add Gruyere and Emmental cheeses gradually, stirring until melted.
  3. Mix cornstarch with lemon juice and add to the pot for thickening.
  4. Transfer cheese mixture to a fondue pot.
  5. Arrange bread, vegetables, and fruits around the fondue pot.
  6. Use skewers to dip items into the melted cheese.
