Ingredients

- 200g Gruyère cheese
- 200g Emmental cheese
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon kirsch (cherry brandy)
- Bread cubes for dipping
- Vegetables (carrots, broccoli, etc.) for dipping
- Fruits (apples, pears) for dipping
Instructions
- Grate the Gruyère and Emmental cheese.
- In a pot, combine wine and garlic over medium heat.
- Once warm, gradually add the cheese, stirring until melted.
- Mix cornstarch with lemon juice and add to the cheese mixture.
- Add kirsch and stir until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve with dippables.
