- 200g Gruyère cheese
- 200g Emmental cheese
- 300ml dry white wine
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Freshly ground black pepper
- French bread, cut into cubes
Instructions
- Rub the inside of a fondue pot with garlic.
- In a pot, heat the wine and lemon juice until simmering.
- Gradually add the grated cheeses, stirring until melted.
- Mix cornstarch with a little wine and add to the cheese mixture.
- Season with pepper to taste.
- Serve with bread cubes for dipping.
