Description

  • Bread cubes for dipping

Instructions

  1. Rub the inside of the fondue pot with garlic.
  2. Combine wine and lemon juice in the pot and heat gently.
  3. Add cheese gradually, stirring constantly until melted.
  4. Mix cornstarch with kirsch and add to the pot.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve with bread cubes for dipping.
