- 4 black tea bags
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tablespoon whole cloves
- 1 tablespoon whole cardamom pods
- 1 tablespoon whole black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, sliced

Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add 4 black tea bags to the boiling water.
- Add 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 tablespoon of whole cloves, 1 tablespoon of whole cardamom pods, 1 tablespoon of whole black peppercorns, and 1 tablespoon of sliced fresh ginger to the saucepan.
- Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the mixture into a heatproof container.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of sugar (or to taste) until dissolved.
- Allow the concentrate to cool before storing.
- Store the concentrate in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
