- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers

- 2 cups cooked and crumbled sausage

- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the cheese, bell peppers, onions, sausage, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the sausage with bacon or leave it out for a vegetarian option.
