Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook until soft and slightly browned.
- Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until beef is caramelized.
- Serve hot.
