Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the batter, mixing until combined.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract.
  7. Pour half the batter into the pan, then drizzle caramel sauce. Repeat with remaining batter and caramel.
  8. Swirl gently with a knife.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
