Ingredients

  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  7. Add flour and mix until combined.
  8. Pour half the batter over the crust.
  9. Drizzle half the caramel sauce over the batter.
  10. Repeat with remaining batter and caramel.
  11. Swirl the caramel into the batter with a knife.
  12. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
  13. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
