- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Add flour and mix until combined.
- Pour half the batter over the crust.
- Drizzle half the caramel sauce over the batter.
- Repeat with remaining batter and caramel.
- Swirl the caramel into the batter with a knife.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Use room temperature ingredients for best results.
- Top with extra caramel sauce if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
