Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  7. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  8. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer.
  9. Pour the remaining cheesecake mixture on top.
  10. Swirl the remaining caramel sauce into the top layer.
  11. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  12. Let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  13. Serve chilled and enjoy.
