Description

Delicious caramel swirl cheesecake bars with a graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a greased 9×9 inch pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  5. Stir in flour until combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting.
