Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in sour cream.
  7. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  8. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the cheesecake.
  9. Pour the remaining cheesecake mixture on top.
  10. Swirl the remaining caramel sauce into the cheesecake.
  11. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
  12. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • You can use store-bought caramel sauce.
  • For a firmer cheesecake, bake longer.
  • Serve with extra caramel sauce on top.
