Ingredients

  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (for cream)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss bread cubes with caramel sauce in a large bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour egg mixture over bread and let soak for 10 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
  6. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  7. Serve bread pudding warm with vanilla cream on top.
