- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups chopped apples
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Fold in apples.
- Pour batter over crust.
- Bake 50-55 minutes until center is set.
- Cool completely, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
Notes
- Chill cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Use tart apples for best flavor.
