- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan to form the crust.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Pour filling over crust. Top with diced apples.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter to form crumbs. Sprinkle over apples.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set. Cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Chill for 2 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Use Granny Smith apples for a tart contrast.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Let cheesecake cool completely before slicing.
