A simple recipe using canned corned beef to create a hearty dish.

- 1 can of corned beef (12 oz)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 carrot, diced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Add the potatoes and carrots, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften.
- Cut the corned beef into cubes and add it to the skillet.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring gently.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
