Ingredients

  • 4 cups green beans, cooked and drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups French’s Fried Onions
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked green beans, Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of the French’s Fried Onions, reserving the remaining 1/2 cup for topping.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 1.5-quart casserole dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbling.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of French’s Fried Onions on top.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
