A rich and creamy Cajun-spiced pasta dish with ground beef and bowtie pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 lb bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well.
- Reduce heat to low. Add cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less spice.
- Use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
