- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook until it starts to wilt.
- Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and let simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
