Ingredients

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 3 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and add butter, garlic, lemon juice, and zest.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
