- 6 cups cubed bread
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a baking dish.
- Place bread cubes in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Pour mixture over bread, pressing to soak.
- Sprinkle butterscotch chips on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
- Cool slightly before serving.

- Let pudding rest 10 minutes after baking.
