Ingredients

- 4 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Boil the corn in a large pot of water for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Drain the corn and let it cool slightly.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Brush the melted butter over the corn.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, parsley, and chives.
- Serve warm.
