- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups parmesan tortellini
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
- Add cooked tortellini and steak bites to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the garlic sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
