- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes.
- Remove potatoes from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Return potatoes to the pan and mix well with chicken and garlic butter.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- For extra crispiness, cook potatoes a little longer.
