- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush bread slices with olive oil and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Rub each toasted slice with garlic clove.
- Tear burrata and divide it among the toasted bread slices.
- Top with fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
