- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or blue cheese)
- 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix until the chicken is well-coated.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Divide the buffalo chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Top each wrap with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for an on-the-go meal.
