Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or blue cheese)
  • 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix until the chicken is well-coated.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. Divide the buffalo chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  4. Top each wrap with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
