A spicy twist on classic lasagna featuring buffalo chicken and creamy ranch flavors.

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer noodles, chicken mixture, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella cheese in a baking dish.
- Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
- Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
