Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  4. In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layer noodles, chicken mixture, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella cheese in a baking dish.
  6. Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

  • Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for convenience.
