Description
Buffalo chicken dip made in an Instant Pot.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Add shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing to the Instant Pot.
- Stir until well combined.
- Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
- Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure when done.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and green onions.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggies.
Notes
- Adjust the heat level by varying the buffalo sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
