A creamy and spicy buffalo chicken dip made quickly in the Instant Pot.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
Instructions
- Add shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, and ranch dressing to the Instant Pot.
- Stir to combine.
- Close the lid and set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles (if using).
- Serve warm with chips or vegetables.
Notes
- Adjust hot sauce to taste.
- Use rotisserie chicken for easy prep.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
