Description
A creamy and spicy buffalo chicken dip made in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Instructions
- Place the cream cheese in the crock pot and let it soften.
- Add the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.
- Stir to combine all ingredients well.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese and blue cheese.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
Notes
- Adjust the buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
- Reheat in the crock pot or microwave before serving.
