A classic buckeyes recipe for chocolate-covered peanut butter balls.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes until firm.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil together until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the chocolate, covering it completely. Place back on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is set.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Use creamy peanut butter for a smoother texture.
- Adjust the chocolate coating thickness as desired.
