  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

Crispy and tender brussel sprouts made in the air fryer for a quick and delicious side dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved brussel sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the sprouts are well coated.
  3. Place the brussel sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
  4. Once the brussel sprouts are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
