- 1 pound brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
- Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved brussel sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the sprouts are well coated.
- Place the brussel sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
- Once the brussel sprouts are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
