- 1 lb brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved brussel sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well coated.
- Place the brussel sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.
- Once they are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired. Serve immediately.
