Ingredients
- Eggs – 6

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
- Add spinach and tomatoes to the skillet and sauté until soft.
- Mix the sautéed vegetables with the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

- While baking, toast the bread and spread butter on it.
- Serve the egg bake with avocado slices and garnish with fresh herbs.
